Step 1: Locate your RealManage Account number and Check Digit number.
Step 2: Create a RealManage Account.
Step 3: Setup your payment method (ACH, eCheck/Credit Card, Check, Online Bill-Pay)
Your personal RealManage account number was shown on the postal letter from RealManage that arrived the 2nd week of December 2023. It’s highlighted right under the property address on the first page of the letter. If you don’t have your letter, no worries. You have two paths to select from to have them send you an email of that information.
1. Send an email to cumvista@ciramail.com with the following Message. They will reply with your specific account information within 24 hours.
Subject: First Time Portal User Instructions
I am a first-time user and need help creating my portal account. Please send me instructions

2. Give them a call at 1-866-473-2573
a. Their automated message may say something about experiencing high call volume… just press 1 to continue to wait. They picked up my call within 10 seconds.
b. They will ask for your postal address and have you confirm your name.
c. Once they confirm your information, ask them to send you an email with the steps to create an account on the portal or whatever else you may need help with.

Thank you for contacting RealManage regarding how to use the CiraNet Owner / Resident Portal.
The procedure to begin using your Owner / Resident Portal to review your account statement, make payments, check the status of previous payments, change your address or phone number, view community documents or obtain a listing of residents and board members is described below:
1. Go to www.ciranet.com/residentportal. As a first time user, you will need to click ‘Don’t have an account?’ below the Log In button to setup your account.
2. Create your user account by entering the following information
a. Account Number (See your recent postal letter or call or email RealManage.)
b. Check Digit (See your recent postal letter or call or email RealManage.)
c. Email Address
d. Password of your choice.
e. Then click ‘Create User’.
f. An email is sent to you immediately for you to confirm your email address.
3. Next, check your email inbox and open the email with subject line ‘CiraNet Portal Registration’. Click on the link to activate your account. (The email may be in your ‘Junk Mail’ folder if you use Spam Protection). The link will take you back to the Login page.
4. Log in again with your email address and the ‘Password’ that you created in STEP 2. The ‘Home Page’ will appear. You are now logged into the Resident Portal and are ready to use the functions listed on the left side of your screen.
5. Optional: If paying by check you will want a payment coupon. Login to the portal and print off your account statement and mail it in with your check.
If you own more than one property, click ‘Add Property’ located under your profile icon at the top right of your screen and enter the Community ID, Account Number, and Check Digit (found on either your assessment payment coupon, the “tear off” portion of your statement) for each additional property.
If your community has just recently contracted with RealManage, please allow approximately 30 days for the Owner / Resident Portal to be fully functional. You may not be able to activate your account prior to this time.

After creating your RealManage Account, perform the following procedure:
a . Login to the portal
b. Click “My Account”
c. Click “Statement”
d. It will ask you to confirm with a popup message about an item posted in the future. Click Yes.
e. Click the blue link under the “Document No” column to download your statement.
f. Confirm the personal information on the statement.
g. You can tear off the payment coupon portion of the statement and mail it in with your check.
No worries.. You have 2 paths to select from.

1. If you went to www.realmanage.com, do the following.
2. Click on the menu link “Online Portals” –> “Homeowner / Resident Portal”.
3. Then find and click the green button in the middle of the page that says “Homeowner & Resident Portal Login”.
